I use this lotion after I wash my face to keep it from drying out, as well as to moisturize my skin lightly before I apply makeup. It sinks in reasonably quickly and leaves a slightly tacky finish. It hasn't caused any breakouts or irritations, and I feel that it's good value for the price, as well. The only thing I dislike is the scent- it's not terrible but it has a faintly bitter, almost sour scent to it (I don't think they added any artificial fragrances to the lotion).
